YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS DAY 🗣 Today is the very first Youth Mental Health Awareness Day and the theme is ‘Bounce Not Break’. The aim is to highlight the importance of resilience and perseverance of young people. Around 1 in 8 children and young people aged between 5-19 in England suffer from a mental health condition.
