Tall Ships Youth Trust are looking for a part-time Philanthropy Lead with at least two years’ experience of cultivating gifts of £5k+ in value. You will build a sustainable donor pipeline and secure significant gifts from major donors, primarily from new donors.
This can be a hybrid or fully remote role with occasional (monthly) visits to their Portsmouth Hub required for meeting with the team. They will also expect you to meet and engage with your portfolio of donors face-to-face when required, together with senior leaders, trustees and development group leads.
This is a maternity cover post lasting for approximately one year. There is the potential for the role to be extended as the philanthropy donor portfolio grows, in-line with their strong growth in the number of young people that they support, through their new strategy.
