Job Title: Freelance Skipper and Freelance Mate **Urgently**

Type of Position: Freelance Skipper (s) and Freelance Mate(s) Required for short term and immediate opportunities
Work Hours: TBC depending on availability but voyage duration is 5 days (Starting 7th August), 6 days (Starting 12th August) and 10 days (starting 17th August)

Location of Work: Voyages are Cardiff – Falmouth, Falmouth – Falmouth, Falmouth – Acoruna
Essential Checks: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, references and the successful applicant will be required to undertake free, online safeguarding training.
Selection Process: Initial interview will be Zoom or face-to-face (depending on location).

Challenge Wales welcomes applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates from all backgrounds. The vessel is a Challenge 72. Although commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore are required for Skipper roles, we will require the Skipper on Falmouth to Acrouna voyage to be Yachtmaster Offshore and they will be sailing with our staff skipper who will also be onboard.
