Tall Ships Youth Trust are looking for a full-time Major Donor Fundraiser with at least three years’ experience of cultivating gifts of £5k+ in value. You will build a sustainable donor pipeline and secure significant gifts from major donors, primarily from new donors.
‘We offer hybrid working, with regular visits to our Portsmouth Hub required for team meetings and engaging with our beneficiaries, donors and other stakeholders.

Our voyages bring together a complete cross-section of young people to work and live in a unique, physically and mentally challenging environment that enables them to develop the life skills, social skills, confidence and self-esteem, needed to realise their true potential. We are able to take around 1,000 young people to sea every year and 75% of those we support are from disadvantaged backgrounds
