Show your support for UK Sail Trainers by wearing your UK Sail Trainers!

ASTO (Association of Sail Training Organisations) are delighted to announce the launch of the brand new UK Sail Trainers. The footwear range marks the first time that the Gosport-based charity has released its’ own line of merchandise to promote Sail Training in the UK.

ASTO’s General Manager, Lucy Grodie, said: “After more than two years of uncertainty and anxiety caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Sail Training is an essential tool for improving young lives. Sail Training provides our young people with countless opportunities for growth, development and, most importantly – FUN!

The UK Sail Trainers will only be available for a limited time whilst stocks last.

Okay, it’s time to come clean… this is in fact just an April Fool’s Day joke. Sadly ASTO will not be releasing branded UK Sail Trainers – but don’t worry, there are still plenty of other ways that you can show your support for Sail Training!

Here are a few examples of things you could do:

  • Volunteer: Giving up your time is a great way of supporting the vital work that our UK Sail Training members do
  • Donate: Even a small donation can go a long way to help our members continue transforming young lives
  • Fundraise: There are lots of different ways you can raise money including sponsored challenges and auctioning unwanted items
  • Share: Help spread the word by sharing our members’ posts on social media or maybe you could introduce someone new to the world of Sail Training

Whilst you’re here, why not take a tour of the rest of the UK Sail Training website if you haven’t already.
