Tall Ships Youth Trust are looking for a Growth & Retention Executive to increase the Trust’s annual income year-on-year. The role will be the primary client-facing lead on youth-based voyage sales, as well as our adult voyage offering, working alongside the Youth Development & Volunteer Manager and Fundraising & Marketing Director, to grow and retain the client portfolio.
This is a full-time position, based in Portsmouth. However, remote/flexible working can be considered.
